Foreman

Requirements:

• Qualification – Matric / GR 12.
• Experience in truck trailer servicing.
• Experience in truck trailer axles and lights.
• Own transport; Able to work long hours and under pressure.
• High energy levels and self-motivated;
• Reliable transport
• Good communication skills (ability to communicate effectively with team members and other team members).
• Minimum of 5 years experience in trailer manufacturing.
• Minimum of 5 years experience working as a Foreman.

Description:

• Able to read and interpret Engineering drawings
• Servicing truck trailers.
• Liaising with Production teams;
• Overseeing daily activities and co ordinating the team’s workload to meet production targets.
• Training, mentoring and evaluating team member skills and performance, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Identification and resolving any issues arising during fabrication process, ensuring timely completion of projects.
• Maintaining accurate records of production activities, including production schedules.
