Starting Salary: $70,000/year + Vehicle Allowance

Valley Road Enterprises is seeking an experienced, dependable Sitework Foreman to lead field crews and oversee daily construction operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate field crews.
• Oversee excavation, grading, and underground utility installation.
• Read and interpret construction plans.
• Coordinate equipment, materials, and daily work activities.
• Maintain jobsite safety, quality, and productivity.
• Communicate project progress and field issues to management.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a sitework or civil construction foreman.
• Strong knowledge of excavation, grading, and underground utilities.
• Ability to read construction plans and lead a crew.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Dependable attendance and a professional attitude.
• Valid driver's license.

Compensation

• Starting salary: $70,000 annually.
• Vehicle allowance.
• Full-time position.
