Foreman 管工

Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate and monitor the work tasks in accordance with Work Programmes
• Ensure all works and materials comply with the specialized requirements of the Contract
• Enforce safety and environmental protection regulations and take necessary precautionary measures
• Prepare and maintain site documentation, including daily reports and memos
• Report to the Project Manager

Requirements:

• Degree in Building Construction, Structural / Civil Engineering or related disciplines;
• Minimum 10 years post qualification experience in construction and site management;
• TCP T1 and Certificate in Safety Supervision are preferred;
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese;
• Strong interpersonal skills, persuasive, encouraging and motivating;
• Work independent and good manner in management;
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Foreman.
