Experienced Driver/Foreman – Moving Company

Movers USA is looking for an experienced Driver/Foreman to join our moving team!

We are seeking a reliable, professional, and hardworking individual with moving industry experience who can safely operate a moving truck while leading a crew through residential and commercial moves.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive and operate moving trucks
• Lead and supervise a moving crew
• Load and unload household and commercial belongings safely and efficiently
• Properly wrap, protect, and secure furniture and other items
• Communicate professionally with customers throughout the move
• Complete required paperwork and inventory documentation
• Inspect the truck and equipment before and after each move
• Ensure the crew follows company procedures and safety standards
• Handle customer concerns professionally and notify management of any issues
• Assist with packing, loading, unloading, and furniture placement as needed
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance

Qualifications

• Previous moving industry experience required; minimum 2 Years
• Previous Driver/Foreman experience preferred; minimum 2 Years
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to safely operate a moving truck
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to work long days, weekends, and flexible hours when needed
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Must be able to work effectively as part of a team
• Clean background required
• CDL is a plus but not required for all positions

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in their work, knows how to properly handle customers' belongings, can lead a crew, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced moving environment.

Spanish-speaking is a plus but not required.
