About you
- Minimum SMK Otomotif/Mesin (with extensive experience) or D3/S1 Teknik Mesin
- Minimum 3–5 years experience as senior mechanic or senior body/paint technician
- Leadership capability: able to lead, be firm, mentor subordinates, and communicate effectively to mediate conflicts between technicians
- Preferred: formal technical certification from APM (Brand Agent) such as Diagnostic Technician or Master Technician level
