About the role

This role involves overseeing daily site work schedules in accordance with the company construction schedule, coordinating with the Project Manager, Site Engineer, and Construction Manager to review overall project status. You will ensure effective utilization and monitoring of all site resources including labor, machinery, materials, and sub-contractors to achieve timely project completion.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the daily schedule of all site works is performed in accordance with the Company construction schedule
• Plan and review overall status of project in coordination with Project Manager, Site Engineer and Construction Manager
• Ensure all site resources (labor, machinery, materials, sub-contractors, etc.) are effectively utilized and monitored to achieve timely completion of projects
• Ensure the Project Manager is promptly provided with any relevant documentation received from either the client or authorities
• Identify and record any possible variations to the contract, ensuring the Project Manager / Construction Manager is promptly notified
• Ensure site logbook is completed at the completion of each day, accurately recording the day's accomplishments
• Ensure the appropriate safety equipment is worn by site personnel at all times
• Monitor all works against specifications to ensure the continuing quality and accuracy of work performed
• Notify the Projects Manager / Construction Manager of any defects, mistakes, errors, contamination or variations identified
• Ensure all applicable quality checklists are properly completed

About you

• Minimum of two (2) years work experience in Construction – Specialized in Foundations Work
