FOREMAN

• Supervise and oversee workers at the construction/project site.
• Assign tasks and monitor the daily activities and productivity of workers.
• Ensure that work is completed according to plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, contractors, and other site personnel.
• Monitor construction materials, tools, and equipment and ensure proper usage.
• Read and interpret construction plans, drawings, and measurements.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure proper workmanship.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules, procedures, and company policies.
• Identify and report project issues, delays, or material requirements to the supervisor or project engineer.
• Assist in resolving technical and site-related concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety at the project site.
• Able to drive a vehicle.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• TESDA NC II certification related to construction is preferred.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
