Foreman

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Foreman to supervise daily site operations, lead workers, and ensure that construction and fabrication activities are completed safely, efficiently, and according to project plans and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and assign daily tasks to workers based on project requirements.
• Monitor construction and fabrication activities to ensure quality and timely completion.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, subcontractors, and other teams.
• Monitor manpower, tools, materials, and equipment on-site.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company standards.
• Conduct daily site inspections and report project progress to management.
• Identify and resolve on-site issues and report concerns when necessary.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment.

Qualifications

• High school graduate, vocational graduate, or college level.
• With at least 2–3 years of experience as a Foreman in construction, fabrication, or a related industry.
• Knowledgeable in construction and fabrication processes.
• Able to read and understand technical drawings and work plans.
• With leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Physically fit and willing to work on-site.
• Willing to work on project sites as required.
