POSITION INFO: Who We Want to Meet Foreman candidates who meet the following criteria: Citizenship: Must be a South African citizen with a valid South African Identity Document Minimum Requirements : Grade 10 or equivalent technical qualification. 5 years relevant on the job supervisory experience. Descriptors: Works independently within works/maintenance programme. Provides regular report backs to a Superintendent/ Manager. Core Functions / Characteristics : Supervises a team performing semi-skilled work e.g. erecting signs or fencing. Is engaged in more complicated technical work. Does routine administrative tasks, completes standard forms and inspection reports. Responsible for the issue and receipt of tools. Allocates work for the day. Checks and inspects work in progress and on completion.
