Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Foreman to supervise daily site activities, manage workers, and ensure that work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications. The candidate will coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and contractors to ensure timely completion of assigned work.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily site activities and workers.
• Allocate tasks to workers and ensure proper utilization of manpower.
• Monitor work progress and ensure completion within the project schedule.
• Ensure that work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and instructions from engineers.
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and other project team members.
• Ensure the availability and proper use of tools, equipment, and materials at the site.
• Maintain quality standards and report any issues to the concerned engineer.
• Ensure compliance with site safety rules and procedures.
• Monitor workers' attendance, productivity, and discipline.
• Identify site-related problems and report them to the project management team.
• Maintain daily work progress reports and other site records.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and cleanliness at the worksite.

Educational Qualification

• ITI / Diploma in Civil Engineering or a relevant technical trade.
• Candidates with relevant site experience and practical knowledge may also be considered.
