Foreman

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily construction activities for Waterworks projects, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and schedule targets.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to resolve on-site issues promptly.
• Monitor progress, manage resources, and report delays or site problems to the project management team.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of contractor site experience in Waterworks contracts;
• Certification as Construction Safety Supervisor or Competent Person for Confined Spaces is a strong advantage;
• Good command of spoken Chinese;
• Valid Hong Kong driving license (mandatory);
• Immediate availability highly preferred.
