We are a growing custom cabinetry and millwork shop working primarily in high-end residential projects; kitchens, baths, and built-ins. We take pride in precise craftsmanship, clean finishes, and delivering work that meets or exceeds client expectations. We’re looking for an experienced Shop Foreman to lead daily production with our team and help us maintain high quality standards.

Role Overview

This is a working foreman position. You’ll oversee the production team and play a hands on role with production and installation. Ideal for someone with custom cabinetry experience who can lead people and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and complete daily production to meet install and delivery dates
• Assign work to cabinet makers, painters, and installers
• Maintain quality standards throughout cutting, machining, assembly, and finishing
• Develop the skills of shop team members
• Monitor material inventory and coordinate on shortages
• Assist in keeping the shop organized, safe, and efficient
• Troubleshoot production issues and make real-time decisions to keep jobs moving
• Communicate progress and potential delays

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in custom cabinetry/carpentry (experience in other trades is appreciated)
• Prior leadership experience as a lead, foreman, or shop supervisor
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Reliable transportation and comfortable pulling a trailer
