Foreman (Erection Works)
Job Summary:
Supervise and coordinate erection activities on-site, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and according to project requirements.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in erection works.
- Experience in steel structure, equipment, or industrial plant erection.
- Ability to read construction/engineering drawings.
- Strong leadership and manpower management skills.
- Knowledge of safety standards and site operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor daily erection activities.
- Lead and coordinate installation crews.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements.
- Report work progress and site issues.
- Coordinate with engineers and project supervisors.
