What they need
- Memantau langsung aktivitas harian armada dump truck di jalur hauling.
- Memastikan kelancaran siklus waktu pengangkutan material dari titik muat (loading point) ke tempat tujuan (stockpile).
- Menegakkan disiplin K3LH di area kerja, meminimalkan risiko kecelakaan, dan memimpin safety briefing (P5M) sebelum shift dimulai.
- Memantau, melaporkan, dan berkoordinasi untuk perbaikan kondisi jalan tambang (hauling road) agar tetap aman dan layak dilalui.
- Membuat laporan harian mengenai produktivitas armada, kendala operasional, sirkulasi driver, dan status mekanis unit (breakdown/ready).
