หน้าที่หลัก
- ประสานงานระหว่าง Designer, Client, Contractor และ Supplier ให้โครงการดำเนินไปตามแบบและแผนงาน
- ประสานงานแก้ไขปัญหาหน้างาน ตรวจสอบคุณภาพและความถูกต้องของงาน
- เข้าตรวจ Site ติดตามความคืบหน้า
- จัดทำรายงานความคืบหน้าและปัญหาที่พบ
- วางแผนเข้าติดตั้งในแต่ละวัน/สัปดาห์/เดือน
ทักษะ คุณสมบัติ และประสบการณ์
- ประสบการณ์ด้านการควบคุมงานก่อนสร้างหรือตกแต่งภายในอย่างน้อย 1 ปี
- มีความรู้เรื่องวัสดุ วิธีการก่อสร้าง เครื่องมือ และกระบวนการติดตั้งตกแต่งภายในจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- ทักษะการบริหารจัดการทีม การสื่อสาร และการแก้ปัญหาที่มีประสิทธิภาพ
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี บุคลิคภาพดี
- มีรถยนต์ส่วนตัวและใบขับขี่รตยนต์ มีค่าเดินทางเพิ่ม 5,000 บาทต่อเดือน ไม่รวมค่าเดินทางต่างจังหวัด
- ทำงาน Hybrid ไม่ต้องเข้าออฟฟิศทุกวัน
