We are currently seeking a highly experienced Foreman / Lead Diesel Mechanic to take charge of a large, well-equipped workshop. We service a large car carrying company of new and modern fleet.

About the role:
You will be responsible for overseeing daily workshop operations, leading a team of mechanics, and ensuring all maintenance and repairs are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Diesel Mechanic
- Previous leadership or foreman experience preferred but not required, on the job training
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage workflow and supervise staff
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
