About Us

Integrity Scaffold Service Group is a growing company specializing in the installation, maintenance, inspection, and repair of permanent building access equipment, including Building Maintenance Units (BMUs) and other specialized facade access systems.

Our work involves sophisticated mechanical and electrical equipment used to access and maintain the exteriors of commercial buildings and high-rise structures.

As we continue to expand, we are looking for motivated, dependable, mechanically / electrically inclined individuals to join our field operations team as Foremen and Technicians.

Experience with BMUs or specialized building access equipment is not required but is a plus. We provide hands-on training for candidates with the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation, maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of permanent building access equipment.
• Perform mechanical repairs, equipment adjustments, and component replacements.
• Assist with the installation and replacement of motors, gearboxes, wire ropes, and other mechanical components.
• Identify equipment deficiencies and assist with diagnosing mechanical or electrical issues.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment safely and effectively.
• Perform work at elevated heights while following established safety procedures.
• Work closely with experienced technicians and supervisors to complete projects.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Follow company procedures, manufacturer guidelines, and applicable safety requirements.
• Travel to various job sites as needed.
• Foreman candidates: Supervise field personnel, coordinate daily work activities, communicate with management, and ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical maintenance, equipment installation, industrial maintenance, electrical work, construction, or related trades preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working at heights.
• Ability to safely operate hand tools and power tools.
• Willingness to learn specialized equipment and procedures.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively with a team.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred for foreman candidates.
• OSHA certifications and relevant safety training are a plus.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
