About the role
Manage receipt, storage, and issuance of goods in logistics. Ensure material availability for site operations on time through coordination with related departments and control of stock levels.
Key responsibilities
- Manage receipt, storage and issuance of goods in logistics
- Conduct stock control, inventory count, and routine goods mutation reports
- Coordinate with related departments in managing goods availability
- Handle logistics documents: DO, PO, MR, PR, delivery letters
- Ensure material availability for operational site on time
About you
- Minimum D3/S1 education in any field, preferably Industrial Engineering or Logistics
- Minimum 2 years experience in Logistics/Warehouse in mining companies
- Understanding of material parts for dump trucks (HINO, MERCY and Sachman)
- Proficient in Ms. Office (Word & Excel), SAP/ERP and inventory systems
- Understanding of warehouse, procurement and material distribution processes
- Data analysis and reporting capabilities
- Disciplined, honest, communicative and target-oriented
- K3 certificate and SIM A
