Foreman Mine Analyst

About the role

This role involves planning and managing operational budgets for mining operations, collecting and analyzing daily, weekly, and monthly production data, and evaluating operational costs and efficiency. You will prepare evaluation reports on production, fuel usage, equipment hours, and heavy equipment rental, as well as operational reports for internal and external stakeholders. The position requires compiling and submitting RKAB, quarterly reports, and mandatory government reports, while providing data and analysis to support management decision-making on mining operations.

Key responsibilities

• Create plans and budgets for mining operational costs
• Collect, process, and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly mining production data
• Conduct analysis and evaluation of operational costs and mining efficiency
• Prepare evaluation reports on production, diesel usage, Hour Meter (HM), and heavy equipment usage/rental
• Prepare mining operational reports for internal and external requirements
• Compile, process, and input RKAB, quarterly reports, and other mandatory government reports
• Provide data and analysis to support management evaluation and decision-making on mining operations

About you

• Minimum S1 degree in Mining Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3 years experience as Mine Analyst, MOCO, or similar position in mining companies
• Understanding of mining operational processes and data
• Ability to analyze mining production data and operational costs
• Understanding of budgeting, cost control, and cost efficiency evaluation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and good communication
• Ability to work to targets and deadlines
• Based at Head Office (Pluit, North Jakarta)
