Job Title: Construction Foreman

Location: Islamabad, Pakistan
Salary: PKR 180,000–200,000 per month

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Construction Foreman to supervise daily construction activities, manage site workers, and ensure that projects are completed according to approved plans, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities.
• Assign tasks to workers and monitor their performance.
• Ensure construction work is completed according to project drawings and schedules.
• Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, subcontractors, and other trades.
• Manage construction materials, tools, and equipment efficiently.
• Identify and resolve on-site issues to avoid project delays.
• Prepare daily progress reports and update management.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Construction Foreman or in a similar supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site safety procedures.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage workers and meet project deadlines.

Salary & Location

• Monthly Salary: PKR 180,000–200,000

Pay: Rs180,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
