Position: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Foreman Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in painting and decorating, excellent leadership skills, the ability to work collaboratively within our team, and a desire for career development and progression.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee painting projects from start to finish
• Lead and manage a team of painters
• Ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard
• Maintain a safe and efficient work environment
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a painter, with leadership experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of painting techniques and materials
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Commitment to quality and attention to detail

Pay: Negotiable, we are happy to pay good money to the right person.
