Foreman Painting

1. Lead and supervise a team of painters, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines.
2. Interpret blueprints and project specifications to accurately plan and execute painting tasks.
3. Conduct daily safety briefings and enforce strict adherence to all safety protocols on site.
4. Manage and maintain inventory of paints, tools, and equipment, ensuring proper storage and usage.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in professional painting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
2. Proven ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
3. Possession of relevant trade certifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Painting and Decorating) is highly advantageous.
4. Strong understanding of various paint types, application techniques, and surface preparation methods.
