Foreman - Pipeline Construction and Facility Maintenance

We are seeking experienced Foremen to lead and supervise field crews on pipeline and facility construction projects across Texas and New Mexico. We are looking for strong leaders who prioritize safety, productivity, and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day job site operations and crew activities
• Coordinate with project managers and ensure job progress aligns with plans
• Enforce safety policies and ensure compliance with OSHA standards
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and job specifications
• Track materials, production, and timekeeping for reporting
• Communicate clearly with welders, operators, laborers, and inspectors

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a foreman in oilfield or pipeline construction
• Bilingual - English and Spanish
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of blueprints, specs, and construction schedules
• Must pass drug and alcohol screening
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
• Authorized to work in the United States
• H2S, PEC/Safeland, and other relevant safety tickets required

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
