E-Lite is urgently looking for Foreman, (Site Area)

Job Summary

The Foreman is responsible for supervising, coordinating, and directing on-site work activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards. He acts as the key link between management and workers.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise Crew:

Assign daily tasks to workers/helpers and monitor work progress as per schedule

Quality Control:

Ensure work meets specs, standards, and drawings. Check quality on-site

Safety & Compliance:

Enforce PPE, HSE rules, and safe work practices. Report hazards/incidents immediately.

Coordination:

Coordinate with staff and team, store, and procurement for material, tools, and equipment Reporting: Maintain daily manpower, progress, and material consumption reports

Requirements

Experience: 3-5 years as Foreman/Supervisor in construction/manufacturing Skills: Basic blueprint reading, team leadership, problem-solving, safety knowledge Education: inter, Graduation/DAE preferred.

· Salary Range 45k To 55K

· Monday to Saturday

· Timing 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM
