Foreman/Supervisor

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Foreman/Supervisor to oversee construction projects on-site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, supervising crews, and ensuring that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, construction site experience, and a solid understanding of commercial construction processes.

Duties

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction crews to ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications.
• Manage multiple aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.
• Oversee the execution of construction tasks on-site, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and building codes.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to meet project goals and deadlines.
• Monitor progress and report on project status, addressing any issues or delays promptly.
• Enforce safety regulations and promote a culture of safety among all team members.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
• Maintain a positive work environment by managing crew performance and resolving conflicts effectively.

Experience

• Proven experience in construction site management with a focus on commercial construction projects.
• Strong background in crew management and leadership on active construction sites.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple aspects of construction project management from start to finish.
• Knowledge of construction safety standards, building codes, and industry best practices.
• Prior experience working in commercial construction environments is highly preferred.
