Foreman/Supervisor

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Foreman/Supervisor to oversee Waterproofing projects and ensure that operations run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of construction processes, and the ability to manage teams effectively. This role is crucial in maintaining quality control, adhering to safety standards, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within specifications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with project managers to review project plans
• Manage and lead a team of workers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Conduct regular inspections of work performed to ensure adherence to quality control standards.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and labor hours.
• Troubleshoot issues on-site
• Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

Skills

• Must be able to carry up to 100 lbs
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage conflicts effectively.
• Experience in quality control processes within the construction industry.
• Ability to perform basic troubleshooting using tools like shovels, jackhammers, saws, power drills and cement finishing tools.
• Install sump pumps, install foundation repair solutions including wall anchors steel I-beams and carbon fiber straps
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
