Drain Designs of Pittsburgh is looking for a dependable, hands-on Foreman / Field Supervisor to lead field crews performing basement waterproofing, foundation repair, and drainage projects throughout the Pittsburgh area.

We’re looking for a strong leader who takes pride in quality workmanship, knows how to motivate a crew, and can keep projects moving safely, efficiently, and professionally. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who can lead from the front, solve problems in the field, and hold a team accountable.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, supervise, and support field crews on daily job sites.
• Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and daily project schedules.
• Oversee basement waterproofing, drainage systems, foundation repair, and related construction work.
• Ensure projects meet company quality standards and are completed safely and efficiently.
• Train employees, develop team members, and maintain accountability.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, management, and team members.
• Identify job-site challenges and take initiative to resolve problems.
• Monitor productivity, workmanship, job-site cleanliness, and project progress.
• Provide updates to management on completed work, job status, and material needs.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in construction, waterproofing, drainage, excavation, masonry, or a related trade.
• Leadership experience as a foreman, crew leader, supervisor, or experienced lead technician.
• Ability to read job instructions, organize work, and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• A strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to perform physical construction work and work outdoors in varying conditions.

Preferred: Experience with basement waterproofing, interior drain systems, sump pumps, foundation repair, and crew scheduling.
