- Ensure restoration work is completed correctly, efficiently, and according to company standards.
- Perform hands-on restoration work when necessary and assist technicians with more challenging tasks.
- Monitor project progress, manage job-site priorities, and ensure work stays on schedule.

- Maintain professional communication with management, team members, and customers as needed.
- Ensure job sites are organized and that work areas are maintained appropriately throughout the restoration process.

- Experience leading a crew, supervising technicians, or working as a foreman.
- Strong understanding of restoration work, equipment, tools, and job-site procedures.

- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and keep projects moving.
- Reliable, professional, and capable of taking ownership of job-site operations.
- Valid driver's license, as required for the position.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an experienced restoration professional who can lead a crew, recognize quality issues, solve problems in the field, and step in to perform the work when necessary.
