Foreman/Supervisor

Pay: (based on experience and leadership) + overtime + performance bonuses

We are a well-established tennis court construction company specializing in building and renovating premium hard, clay, and cushioned courts. We’re looking for an experienced Construction Foreman to lead our crews and deliver high-quality projects on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a crew of laborers and operators on tennis court installation and renovation projects
• Oversee site preparation, grading, drainage, base installation, surfacing (asphalt/clay), fencing, and finishing work
• Ensure all work meets industry standards and customer specifications
• Manage daily schedules and equipment use
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized job site
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members
• maintain quality control throughout each project

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a construction foreman or lead in site work, excavation, or construction
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage timelines, and solve problems on-site
• Ability to read blueprints/plans and manage project documentation
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Excellent communication, safety awareness, and attention to detail
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
