Great Bear Construction Group is a growing concrete formwork subcontractor operating across multiple active sites in the Lower Mainland. We're looking for an experienced Concrete Formwork Foreman to lead crews on commercial and residential projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise formwork crews on active job sites
• Read and interpret structural drawings and plans
• Coordinate daily production, sequencing, and material flow
• Communicate directly with GC site supervisors and project management
• Enforce safety standards and maintain a safe work environment
• Complete daily reporting and crew documentation

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in concrete formwork
• Valid Fall Protection certificate
• Valid Rigging certificate
• Supervisory certificate or equivalent field leadership experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to read structural drawings
