Our forensic Investigation services (“FIS”) undertakes a wide range of engagements, including complex fraud investigations; FCPA and financial investigations; Anti-money laundering (“AML”), compliance due diligence, commercial disputes, litigation support and expert witness. As a Manager in the FIS team, you will be responsible for supervising projects in forensic accounting, investigation and regulatory compliance consulting and building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Job Responsibility & Accountability: 工作职责：  Execute and manage forensic investigation and litigation support project, including tracking progress of cases and monitor workflow of different matters 执行与管理法证调查及诉讼支持项目，包括跟进案件进展和监测各环节的工作流程  Review and test financial statements for fraud or misrepresentation in accordance with the applicable accounting standard 按照会计准则审核财务报表，测试其是否存在舞弊或不实陈述  Collection and analysis of accounting evidence, business data and market intelligence to support investigation or due diligence assignments 搜集和分析会计证据, 业务数据和市场信息以支持调查和尽调工作  Conduct large-scale data review and correlation analysis to identify fraud and non-compliance evidence. 依托专业取证平台完成数据筛查、检索与关联分析，挖掘违规舞弊核心线索  Perform key personnel interviews and participating in client meetings 对重点对象进行调查访谈和参与客户会议  Evaluation of information and sources for reliability, accuracy and relevance 评估资料及其来源的可靠性、准确性和相关性。  Based on the assessment of evidence, generating an objective report detailing the facts uncovered. 根据所发现的事实，撰写客观的报告  Maintain good relationship with clients 与客户保持良好的关系  Establish professional contacts and network to develop new business 建立人脉网络并发展新业务  Perform other duties and projects as partner assigned 完成合伙人分配的其它职责和项目 Job Requirements:职位要求：  Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Law, Computer Science, Information Security, Digital Forensics or related disciplines 会计、金融、经济，法律、计算机、信息安全、电子取证或相关专业学士及以上学位  5+ years' experience in digital forensic field 超过5年的法证电子取证相关经验  Excellent at both spoken and written English and Chinese
