Foreperson

Dutch Painting Services is looking for an experienced Painting Foreperson to join our team. We’re looking for someone who can not only produce high-quality painting work, but also lead a crew and keep jobs running smoothly from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Professional painting experience
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or foreperson experience
• Strong knowledge of interior and exterior painting and surface preparation
• Ability to lead, organize, and motivate a crew
• Ability to assign tasks and monitor quality and productivity
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• A dependable and professional attitude
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for the job site
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise painting crews on residential and commercial projects
• Coordinate daily work and assign tasks
• Ensure work meets Dutch Painting Services’ quality standards
• Monitor job progress and communicate with management
• Maintain an organized, professional, and safe job site
• Ensure company safety procedures are followed
• Help train and support crew members
• Work hands-on alongside the crew as required

This position is ideal for an experienced painter who is ready to take responsibility for leading projects and people.
