About the role

A qualified and motivated Forester to join the team and support mining operations and environmental programs.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct field surveys, monitoring, documentation, and preparation of reports
• Forest and vegetation assessment, tree identification, and inventory
• Reforestation, rehabilitation, and vegetation management
• Environmental compliance with DENR requirements and mining-related environmental regulations

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Forestry
• Registered/Licensed Forester
• Knowledge of forest and vegetation assessment, tree identification, and inventory
• Knowledge of reforestation, rehabilitation, and vegetation management
• Familiarity with DENR requirements, environmental regulations, and mining-related environmental compliance
• Experience in conducting field surveys, monitoring, documentation, and preparation of reports
• Willing to work on-site and in field conditions
• Willing to travel and work in remote areas
• Prior experience in mining operations or mining-related environmental work is preferred
