Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to manage recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and team development within a fast-paced Forex/Financial Services environment. The ideal candidate should understand the dynamics of sales-driven organizations and have strong experience hiring and managing Forex Sales Executives, Relationship Managers, Team Leaders, Retention Officers, and other financial-services professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment and hiring process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for Forex sales and management positions.
• Recruit experienced sales professionals and build high-performing teams.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, salary negotiations, and offer letters.
• Manage employee onboarding, documentation, attendance, leave, and HR records.
• Monitor employee performance and coordinate with management regarding performance reviews.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace concerns professionally.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee guidelines.
• Maintain a positive, professional, and performance-oriented workplace culture.
• Work closely with Sales Managers and senior management to understand manpower requirements.
• Track recruitment KPIs, employee turnover, attendance, and workforce performance.
• Organize employee training, development, and team-building initiatives.
• Ensure HR practices comply with applicable UAE employment requirements and company policies.
• Prepare regular HR reports for senior management.

Requirements

• 3+ years of HR experience, preferably within Forex, financial services, banking, brokerage, or a sales-driven organization.
• Proven experience in recruitment and team building.
• Strong understanding of sales recruitment and performance-based environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Good knowledge of UAE HR practices and employment regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR/recruitment platforms.
