Forex Operations Assistant

Job Summary

Nextwise Markets LTD is looking for a Forex Operations Assistant to support day-to-day brokerage operations, including MT5 backend operations, client accounts, trading settings, deposits and withdrawals, payment processing, and cryptocurrency transactions. The role will also provide general administrative support and occasional assistance with basic HR activities when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor MT5 client accounts, trading settings, and account status.
• Support MT5 Manager/Dealer backend operations.
• Configure and monitor symbols, spreads, commissions, swaps, and leverage.
• Monitor trading activity, exposure, and operational issues.
• Process and monitor deposits, withdrawals, and payment gateway transactions.
• Verify crypto transactions, wallet transfers, and blockchain/on-chain payments.
• Support IB, PAMM/MAM, and Copy Trading operations.
• Coordinate with liquidity providers and technical teams when required.
• Troubleshoot client account, payment, and platform-related issues.
• Maintain transaction records and assist with daily operational reconciliation and reports.
• Provide general administrative support and occasional assistance with candidate screening and basic administration tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Forex, CFD, brokerage, or financial operations preferred.
• Practical knowledge of MT5, preferably including Manager/Dealer backend operations.
• Understanding of margin, leverage, spreads, commissions, and swaps.
• Familiarity with deposits, withdrawals, payment gateways, and transaction reconciliation.
• Basic understanding of cryptocurrency transactions, wallets, and blockchain verification.
• Good Microsoft Excel skills and strong attention to detail.
• Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in Hindi and English required

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MT5 administration.
• Knowledge of liquidity providers, FIX API, or trading infrastructure.
• Experience with PAMM/MAM and Copy Trading.
• Familiarity with CRM/client management systems.
• Experience with crypto payment processors.
• Basic understanding of risk management and exposure monitoring.
• Previous experience in administration.
