Forex Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a target-driven Forex Sales Executive to acquire and support clients and IBs, increase funded accounts and maintain long-term business relationships.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and acquire Forex/CFD clients.
• Contact prospects and convert them into verified, funded and active clients.
• Explain MT5, account types, spreads, commissions and trading conditions.
• Guide clients through registration, KYC, deposits and account activation.
• Identify and onboard IBs, affiliates and referral partners.
• Explain approved IB commission structures and assist with commission queries.
• Refer special commission requests to the Sales Manager for approval.
• Support existing clients and reactivate inactive accounts.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and daily sales reports.
• Achieve monthly targets for funded clients, deposits and activity.
• Follow company compliance and communication requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of Forex/CFD sales, account-management or IB experience.
• Good knowledge of Forex, CFDs and MT5.
• Understanding of spreads, commissions, leverage and IB rebates.
• Strong sales, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Comfortable with outbound calling and regular follow-up.
• Experience using CRM or brokerage systems is preferred.
• Existing Forex client or IB network is an advantage.
• Fluent English; Arabic or another relevant language is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional experience is preferred.

Compensation

Fixed salary plus performance-based commission and incentives.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
