About the Role
Are you a Certified Treasury Professional looking to manage active currency portfolios and execute high-value foreign exchange trades? As a Forex Trader, you will manage and grow client portfolios using departmental and self-generated leads, execute live FX transactions, and closely monitor market movements. You will work directly with the Head Trader and Back Office operations to analyze currency trends, ensure full BSP regulatory compliance, and optimize trading strategies.

What You’ll Do

• Execute FX Trades: Perform daily foreign currency trading activities, manage client portfolios, and execute orders efficiently.
• Provide Market Insights: Monitor macroeconomic trends and rate fluctuations to deliver actionable market updates to the Head Trader and clients.
• Collaborate with Back Office: Partner with the Forex Back Office team to ensure seamless trade settlement, processing, and documentation.
• Lead Generation & Portfolio Growth: Proactively acquire new trading clients and maximize existing relationships through targeted market solutions.
• Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Stay fully aligned with Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) rules, risk limits, and internal compliance policies.

What We’re Looking For

• Certification: Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) credential is required.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree graduate (Any 4-year course).
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in forex trading or treasury operations within the banking industry.
• Skills: Strong analytical abilities, deep knowledge of FX markets and BSP regulations, and excellent communication skills.
