Forgerock Developer

We are looking for an experienced Forgerock Developer to engineer identity and access management solutions that radically simplify how customers safely interact with us online.

As an Engineer in the Identity, Verification and Authentication Tribe, you’ll work as part of a high-performing, cross-functional team, helping teams build a best-in-class engineering practice.

Essential Skills

• Modern CIAM technologies such as ForgeRock (preferred), Ping, Okta, Auth0, or progressive development of platforms from Oracle, CA, etc.
• Programming languages such as Java, Go, or Python, with strong software engineering fundamentals and hands-on development capability.

Relevant Experience

• Passion for simplifying customer-focused identity and access management.
• Practical experience designing and developing modern CIAM technologies such as ForgeRock, Ping, Auth0, or platforms from Oracle and CA.
• Experience with modern development practices and languages such as Java, Go, Python, or JavaScript.
• Extensive experience with SAML, SCIM, OAuth, OpenID, and forms-based authentication.
• Knowledge of networking technologies, including HTTP/S, SSL/TLS, TCP/IP, firewalls, and proxies.
• Experience with CIAM and API-based design and deployment is highly desirable.
• Willingness to expand technical knowledge through self-learning, community involvement, or open-source contributions.
• Strong understanding and practical application of Continuous Integration, Development, Deployment, and Testing practices, along with DevOps tools and standards.
• Experience with continuous integration and delivery tools such as Git/GitHub, GitHub Actions, and Gradle.
• Ability to contribute to the design and architecture of multiple concurrent projects, developing scalable and supportable applications.
• Ability to design, implement, build proofs of concept (POCs), triage, and diagnose defects or issues across the full stack.
