Forklift Driver

Brunswick Bierworks is growing, and we are building the team for our new Evans beverage manufacturing facility in Etobicoke.

This is an opportunity to join a new operation from the ground up. Evans is a large-scale, highly automated facility built to support the continued growth of Brunswick Bierworks and the beverage brands we manufacture for our customers.

We are looking for experienced Forklift Drivers who take pride in working safely, keeping materials moving and maintaining an organized and accurate warehouse. You will play a key role in supporting production by ensuring raw materials, packaging materials and finished goods are in the right place at the right time.

Responsibilities:

· Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment throughout the facility.

· Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments.

· Move raw materials, packaging materials and finished goods between receiving, warehouse, production and shipping areas.

· Keep production supplied with the materials required to maintain efficient operations.

· Store and retrieve materials accurately within designated warehouse locations.

· Complete inventory and material movement transactions accurately and on time.

· Support inventory accuracy through proper identification, movement and storage of materials.

· Perform required forklift inspections and report equipment or safety concerns.

· Maintain clean, organized and safe warehouse, staging and loading areas.

· Work closely with Warehouse, Logistics and Production teams to coordinate material requirements.

· Follow all health and safety, GMP, food safety and facility procedures.

· Support general warehouse activities as required.

Qualifications:

· Valid forklift operator certification.

· Minimum 1 year of forklift operating experience.

· Experience in manufacturing, distribution or a high-volume warehouse environment preferred.

· Experience supporting production or manufacturing operations is an asset.

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.

· A safety-first approach to operating material-handling equipment.

· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

· Dependable attendance and ability to work the required schedule.

· Ability to work independently while being part of a larger production and warehouse team.

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Etobicoke, ON M8W 2T5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

• Forklift operator: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

• Forklift Licence (required)
