Are you an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver looking for stable hours and ongoing work? Join a well-established fertiliser and agricultural products company in Laverton North, where you'll play a key role in supporting production operations within a busy manufacturing environment.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is safety-focused, reliable, and confident operating a forklift with a grab attachment.

• $34.96 per hour

About the Role
Working within the production facility, your duties will include:

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently
• Using a grab attachment to move and handle product
• Moving stock throughout the production and warehouse areas
• Placing drums into heated baths to melt product contents
• Transporting melted materials to production for downpacking
• Assisting with production support activities as required
• Following all workplace health and safety procedures

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Current LF Forklift Licence
• Proven Counterbalance Forklift experience
• Experience using a grab attachment (essential)
• Previous experience working in manufacturing or production environments
• Strong commitment to safety and quality
• Reliable transport and excellent work ethic
• Ability to work in an environment where fertiliser and agricultural product odours are present
