Forklift Driver

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Forklift Driver to handle the safe loading, unloading, movement, and stacking of materials within our warehouse and yard. The candidate should have good knowledge of forklift operations and follow all safety procedures while handling materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts safely for loading, unloading, shifting, and stacking materials.
• Move and arrange timber, wooden products, and other warehouse materials.
• Load and unload materials from trucks and containers.
• Ensure proper stacking and storage of materials in designated areas.
• Inspect the forklift before use and report any mechanical issues immediately.
• Follow warehouse safety rules and company guidelines.
• Handle materials carefully to avoid damage or loss.
• Assist the warehouse team in maintaining proper inventory movement.
• Keep the warehouse and working area clean and organized.
• Maintain basic records related to material movement, if required.
• Follow all safety precautions while operating the forklift.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of relevant experience as a Forklift Driver.
• Valid forklift operating license/certification, if applicable.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, timber, or building-material industries will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of forklift handling and safety procedures.
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a warehouse/yard environment.
• Responsible, punctual, and safety-conscious.
• Ability to work effectively with the warehouse and operations team.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
