About the Role

We are seeking reliable and motivated Forklift Operators to join our team operations based in Dandenong South and nearby areas. This is a hands-on role involving forklift operation, material handling, and production activities. The role is suited to individuals who are comfortable working in a busy logistics environment and are looking for long-term employment opportunities..

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift to move raw materials, containers, and finished goods safely across the site.
• Load, unload, and transfer plastic materials used in recycling and production operations.
• Support daily recycling and production activities in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist with manual handling tasks where required.
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace to support safe operations.
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and site protocols.

Essential Requirements

• Valid LF Forklift Licence with previous forklift driving experience.
• Valid Victorian driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
• Experience in logistics, manufacturing, recycling, or warehouse environments preferred.
• Comfortable performing manual handling and physical work.
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused with a strong work ethic.
• Motivated for long-term employment and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Full Australian working rights.

Safety & Compliance

• Follow all workplace safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Participate in site safety inductions and training.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organised work environment.
• Report hazards, incidents, or equipment issues immediately.
