TRAINEE FORKLIFT TRUCK INSTRUCTORS WANTED – FULL TRAINING PROVIDED

ALT UK Driver Training is looking for new people to train and develop into Forklift Truck Instructors.

You do not need to already be a qualified instructor.

We are looking for reliable, confident and professional people who would like to start a career in workplace training.

What we provide: 3-day Counterbalance Forklift training course where required

• 5-day in-house Instructor Training Course
• Ongoing support and development
• Regular work once training has been successfully completed
• Opportunities to gain further qualifications on different types of machinery

The role: Once trained, you will travel to customer sites delivering forklift truck training and assessments.

Training is carried out at businesses across Suffolk, Essex, Cambridgeshire, Norfolk and surrounding areas.

Pay once working as an instructor: £120 per day

• 25p per mile travel allowance
• Self-employed position
• Regular weekday work with occasional earlier starts, later finishes or weekend work

We are looking for someone who is: Reliable and punctual

• Confident speaking to and teaching people
• Professional when dealing with customers
• Comfortable travelling to different sites
• Able to work independently
• Willing to learn and develop

Previous forklift experience would be useful, but we are particularly interested in finding the right person who we can train and develop.

This could suit someone currently working in warehousing, logistics, construction, plant operation, driving or a similar industry who wants to move into training.
