Forklift Operator- 2nd Shift

R.C. Moore, Inc., a leading third-party logistics company, is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to join our Warehouse team in Pittston, PA. This position supports warehouse operations and co-packing production while maintaining a strong focus on safety, food quality, inventory accuracy, and productivity.

Schedule: 2nd Shift 4 PM- 12:30 AM, Monday through Friday

What You’ll Do

• Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (MHE) in the warehouse and production areas.
• Complete daily MHE safety inspections.
• Pick and deliver palletized beverage products to designated production lines.
• Remove finished goods from production lines and transport wrapped pallets to outbound shipping locations.
• Accurately pick, receive, ship, and process inventory.
• Use warehouse management systems (WMS) and scan guns to maintain accurate inventory transactions.
• Follow FIFO/FEFO procedures and verify lot and date codes.
• Inspect products and pallets for damage, leaks, contamination, or other quality concerns.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse and staging areas.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), food safety procedures, and required PPE guidelines.
• Communicate inventory discrepancies, safety concerns, and other issues to supervisors.
• Meet or exceed daily productivity expectations.
• Perform additional warehouse duties as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of forklift experience required.
• 3+ years of warehouse experience required.
• 3+ years of WMS experience required.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic math skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong situational awareness and commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse and production environment.
• Self-motivated, dependable team player.

Schedule & Physical Requirements

• Schedule: 2nd Shift 4 PM- 12:30 AM, Monday through Friday
• Typically 40–45 hours per week.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel between R.C. Moore's two warehouse facilities from time to time, depending on business needs.
• Ability to occasionally lift 50 lbs. and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Regular use of forklifts, scan guns, and other warehouse equipment.
