What they need
- Operate VNA / turret trucks to store and retrieve pallets in high-bay narrow-aisle racking.
- Put away stock and replenish pick faces accurately by part number and location.
- Do daily truck pre-use checks; report faults; manage battery charging safely.
- Support cycle counts and stock accuracy in the high racking.
- Follow all aisle discipline, speed, and HSE rules.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Valid VNA / high-reach forklift certificate.
- 2+ years on VNA / reach trucks, ideally auto parts or FMCG.
- Comfortable at height in narrow aisles; strong spatial awareness.
- Familiar with WMS / barcode scanning; safety-conscious and fit.
