Forklift Operator – Morning Shift

About the Role

As a Forklift Operator, you will play an important role in supporting day-to-day warehouse and distribution operations. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement, storage, loading, and handling of stock while maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy.

You will be working in a fast-paced warehouse environment where safety, teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts in accordance with workplace safety procedures
• Load, unload, move, and store pallets and stock efficiently
• Perform pallet put-away and replenishment
• Assist with receiving, dispatch, and general warehouse duties as required
• Conduct routine forklift safety checks before operating equipment
• Maintain accurate stock handling and follow warehouse procedures
• Ensure goods are handled carefully to minimise damage
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment
• Follow all company policies, WHS requirements, and site procedures
• Work collaboratively with warehouse staff, supervisors, and team members
• Maintain a consistent level of productivity and accuracy throughout the shift

To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Have

• Minimum 12 months' recent experience operating forklifts
• A current and valid LF Forklift Licence
• Proven experience working within a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment
• Strong understanding of workplace health and safety requirements
• Excellent forklift operating skills and spatial awareness
• A strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Reliable and punctual attendance
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team
• Current and reliable working references
• Reliable transport to and from work
• Full working rights in Australia
