Forklift Operator

The Forklift Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of forklifts to move, load, unload, and organize OPPO mobile phones, accessories, and other warehouse products. The role supports daily warehouse and logistics operations while ensuring proper product handling, inventory accuracy, and compliance with safety standards.

Forklift & Warehouse Operations

· Safely operate forklifts to move, transfer, load, and unload products and materials within the warehouse.

· Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments, deliveries, and other warehouse items.

· Transfer products to designated storage locations and ensure proper placement.

· Assist in receiving, picking, packing, staging, and releasing of products.

· Handle mobile phones, accessories, and other products carefully to prevent damage or loss.

· Support inventory counting, stock movement, and warehouse organization activities.

· Check product quantities and storage locations during stock movement when required.

· Coordinate with Warehouse, Logistics, and Inventory teams to ensure smooth and timely movement of goods.

Forklift Maintenance & Safety

· Conduct basic pre-operation checks of the forklift before use.

· Report equipment defects, maintenance requirements, safety concerns, or other issues immediately.

· Ensure loads are properly secured and within the forklift's capacity.

· Follow designated warehouse traffic routes, speed limits, and proper forklift operating procedures.

· Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all workplace safety guidelines.

· Immediately report accidents, near misses, damaged products, or unsafe working conditions.

· Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse and work area.

· Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.

· High school graduate or equivalent.

· With previous experience as a Forklift Operator, preferably in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment.

· With valid forklift operator certification/license or relevant training.

· NC II certification is preferred.

· Knowledge of proper forklift operation, warehouse procedures, and safety practices.

· Familiarity with basic inventory and stock-handling processes.

· Physically fit and capable of performing warehouse-related tasks.

· Careful and attentive when handling products and operating equipment.

· Responsible, reliable, and safety-conscious.

· Good communication and coordination skills.

· Willing to work overtime or shifting schedules when required.

Preferred Background

· Experience in warehouse, logistics, distribution, inventory, or fulfillment operations.

· Experience handling consumer electronics, mobile phones, accessories, or similar products is an advantage.

· Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution center is preferred.

· Experience supporting inbound and outbound logistics and inventory movement is an advantage.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
