Precious Cat Inc., manufacturer of Dr. Elsey’s cat litter, is hiring experienced Forklift Operators at our Cheyenne, Wyoming facility. We are looking for dependable employees who work safely, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are available to consistently work overtime if needed.

Pay and Benefits

• $34.00 per hour
• Overtime paid at time and a half — $51.00 per hour for hours worked over 40 in a workweek

Available Shifts and Schedule

We are hiring for Multiple shifts starting at 5:00 am, 6:30am, and 12:30pm.

End times vary based on production and shipping needs. Employees must be willing and available to work 40–50 hours per week, with some weeks requiring up to 60 hours, including weekends when needed. Consistent availability for overtime is a requirement of this position.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, and stage products and materials using a sit-down forklift.
• Prepare products and materials for shipment.
• Verify shipment quantities and accuracy against orders and shipping documents; report and resolve discrepancies.
• Stock and restock products in designated locations, including overhead storage.
• Complete daily and weekly inventory reporting as required.
• Lift and move products and materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Follow safe operating procedures and maintain a clean, organized warehouse.
• Communicate and coordinate with production employees, truck drivers, and management.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of forklift operating experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to safely operate a sit-down forklift in a busy warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Strong communication skills and attention to shipment and inventory accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and a stable work history.
• Willingness and availability to consistently work overtime and weekends as needed.
