Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, clamp trucks, and order pickers to move, load, and unload materials safely and accurately
• Conduct heavy lifting tasks to handle inventory with precision and care
• Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels, update records, and facilitate order picking
• Perform routine inspections of equipment to ensure mechanical functionality and safety compliance
• Assist in order picking activities to fulfill customer orders efficiently and accurately
• Support warehouse distribution by organizing stock in designated areas and maintaining a clean work environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals and uphold safety standards

Skills

• Proven experience operating forklifts, clamp trucks, and order pickers in a warehouse setting
• Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot basic equipment issues quickly
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems for inventory control and order processing
• Ability to perform basic math calculations for inventory counts and measurements
• Physical strength for heavy lifting tasks and standing for extended periods
• Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and proper equipment handling procedures
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members
