Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Forklift Operator to join our team in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely operating forklifts to load, unload, transport, and organize materials within the warehouse and factory premises.

The candidate must have relevant forklift operating experience, a valid UAE-recognized forklift license/certification, and a strong commitment to workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts to load, unload, transport, and store materials.
• Move materials between warehouse, factory, loading, and designated storage areas.
• Ensure materials are properly stacked and stored to prevent damage.
• Conduct daily forklift inspections before operation.
• Report forklift defects, safety issues, or maintenance requirements immediately.
• Assist with receiving, dispatching, loading, and unloading materials.
• Support inventory and stock-taking activities.
• Maintain accurate records of materials and stock movements when required.
• Follow company safety procedures and correctly use required PPE.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and operating areas.
• Coordinate with warehouse, production, and factory teams to ensure smooth material movement.
• Follow instructions from the Factory Supervisor/Warehouse Supervisor.
• Perform other warehouse and material-handling duties as assigned.
• Work overtime, weekends, or public holidays when required by business operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Forklift Operator in a warehouse, factory, manufacturing, or construction environment.
• Valid UAE forklift license/certification or recognized equivalent.
• Experience operating counterbalance or reach forklifts is preferred.
• Good knowledge of forklift safety and material-handling procedures.
• Ability to safely handle and move heavy materials.
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual material-handling duties.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and workplace safety procedures.
• Willingness to work overtime when required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in manufacturing, construction, aluminium, façade, or architectural products is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse and inventory procedures.
• Basic computer skills are an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Reliable, disciplined, and punctual.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
